The majority are copies of the University of Cambridge Lower Certificate in English exam containing dictation passages, reading passages, translation from and into Arabic, and translation from and into French for 1954 and 1955. There are also copies of the composition and language section for 1952-1958 and 1966, and the prescribed books section for 1950, 1954-55, 1957, and 1966. There are Shamash Secondary School exams, fourth form, for algebra, 1969-1973; and general mathematics, 1965 and 1970. Handwritten mathematics notes and answer keys accompany the Shamash exams.

Some student folders contain an essay written in Hebrew about Israel and the Sephardic community, a certificate of vaccination for smallpox, confirmations of citizenship, and a military conscription letter.

Also included are rosters for fifth grade students; correspondence between the head of Shamash and Frank Iny Schools to different institutions (Dental and Medical Schools in London, Chelsea College of Science and Technology in Edinburgh, University of London, Directorate of the Scholar Mission, and Directorate of Recruitment in Baghdad) regarding students’ academic matters.

There are also court cases and correspondence from the President of the Baghdadi Jewish Community discussing loyalty of the Iraqi Jews.

These are archival documents from the Jewish schools in Baghdad. Included is a 1942 notebook by the Frank Iny School teacher, Bahija Ahmed Shhab, and correspondence between the Frank Iny School and Baghdad University confirming Shhab's appointment as a teacher. Other documents include: the administrative affairs and management of the Iraqi Jewish schools in Baghdad containing a booklet with a completed form of a teacher’s resume hired by the private Middle School for girls; a letter requesting the hire of a teacher addressed to the head of the Jewish Schools Committee in 1945; a letter to the head of the school requesting time off and sick leave days for teachers; a letter from the Frank Iny School to the University of Baghdad president in 1960 confirming that a teacher had worked at a middle school in 1946.
